A little about me ...

Laura Staunton

 

​I'm, a Connemara native. 

Delighted to finally be back home after 16 years away (Australia, London and Spain). I've gained a wealth of knowledge on my travels but home is always home and it's great to be back a few years now.​

I am a Reiki Master, Pranic Energy Healer, Integrated Energy Therapist, NLP Life Coach, Crystal Healer and EFT Practitioner.

During the session, I intuitively use a mix of the above modalities, tailored to your individual specific needs on the day as the session flows. After a quick chat, just lie back, relax & let your worries fade away.

DIRECTIONS

Departing Galway/Clifden:

Eircode: H91 CP04.  From the N59 road, turn up the road to the Inagh Valley R344 signposted for Letterfrack.  Drive up by the lake for approximately 6.5 kms until you see a boat house on the left and a car park on the right. Turn up the road at the side of the car park signposted for Máméan and you will see our house as you reach the top of the first hill (1 minute drive).

Departing Westport/Letterfrack:

Eircode: H91 CP04. From the N59, turn down the road to the Inagh Valley R344 signposted for Recess. Follow the road for approximately 9 kms until you pass Lough Inagh Lodge Hotel on your left. Take the next road on the left after the hotel (2 mins drive) up the hill beside the car park, signposted for Máméan and you will see our house as you reach the top of the first hill (1 minute drive).
